I liked the modern decoration of the hotel, the spaciousness of the common areas, the very well equipped gymnasium. The pool area is very nice with natural grass. The very comfortable and new bed. The exceptional bathroom equipment, with Rituals products and good hair dryer. Our room is very spacious, with sea views and very quiet. An excellent breakfast, with a variety of good quality, fresh products. The coffee from the machines is more than acceptable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It has two beaches right next to it, but we preferred to go to the one in San Sebastian. It can be reached on foot in 20 minutes and it is a very pleasant walk through the old town of Sitges and along the sea. The attention of all the staff was unbeatable. Especially from the reception, as they helped us with a modification of our reservation.
The only thing I could cite is the carpet in the rooms, but since the cleaning was perfect, in this case I don't even think it's a bad thing anymore.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. Apart from the comments relating to the conference we would have enjoyed our stay immensely and would certainly have returned. Some of our negative comments above related to the conference situation. Apparently this conference is a very big event in their calendar and had we known we would have changed our dates. We note also that we had to pay an inflated price for our last evening and presumed this was because it was approaching weekend but have been told it was because of the conference!!!!!
We have lodged a complaint with the Melia Group as unfortunately there was a conference on at the hotel which commenced on the Friday as we left Saturday. However when we arrived on the Tuesday the hotel was a building site and the lounge facilities non existent. The first room assigned to us was on the 2nd floor overlooking a balcony where the construction site was being assembled and was excessively noisey and not very pleasing ont he eye. There was never any apology from the reception staff to explain what was going on. We asked for a change of room and were eventually offered a room on the 5th floor further away from the construction but we could still hear the banging and the hotel was definitely catering for the conference!

very complete breakfast and with vegan and intolerance options, you get the newspaper, breakfast waitress very nice - friendly - efficient. room is very clean, bed is big and comfortable, shower is very good and soap of the house "Ritual". We sleep without any noise. Dinner meal at the Bistrot very good. In the morning activity for runners with orange water available and indicated routes.
There was no explanation from the reception of the hotel facilities. Beverages are overpriced (for example water, which should be a universal right and which many countries offer for free). Neglected the pool area at night: some glasses and cups left on the lawn were left uncollected. A little bit of uncontrol in the restaurant because of the dinner (we waited half an hour to get the dessert menu and they didn't know what the ice cream balls tasted like either, we were there for 2 hours for dinner... well we weren't in a hurry either and we have to take things well). For the price we paid I expected to find more amenities in the bathroom.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Close to Marina with good restaurants. Good value and convenient train service to Barcelona. On street parking next to hotel.
Slightly far out from hub of Sitges.(15 to 20 min walk) Indoor pool and Spa charged in addition to room rate. 11 euro per day.

Location was good since it gave us the opportunity to mix a city break (Barcelona) with a seeside location and the train / metro made it easy to get around.
Disapointed that you had to pay extra to use the Gym

The staff were very good albeit we felt like the only people in the hotel.
Only one restaurant open in early season.which was so so The internet had to be paid for in 24 hr blocks- come on its free in starbucks. The booking did not make it clear that we had not paid for the room before we checked out and were faced with a room bill and the food and drinks tab, usually the room is pre-paid with Booked.net.

Magnificent, fairly clean place with ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS views. Very welcoming employees in service to everyone, perfectly clean room. Marvellous and superb breakfast, with a great selection of food. Favourable location, just walking distance from Aiguadolc Port. Excellent restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was cool, had fabulous views and incredible location close enough to the promenade, the port where there are lots of restaurants and close enough to walk to Sitges along beautiful boardwalk. Greatly enjoyed the outdoor restaurant with good food.
